    We use our regular carriers to ship orders outside of the contiguous United States. Because of the great fluctuation of shipping costs, customs fees and taxes, we can provide tracking of international orders, but we are unable to process any returns on orders shipped outside of the U.S.!

    Our foreign return policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Due to the great fluctuation of shipping costs, customs fees and taxes, we will do our best to accommodate such requests. While we have customer satisfaction as our top priority, solutions are subject to our discretion.

    Returns POLICY

    Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it. Buyer must understand and agree to pay all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at time of service.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, order number and shipping zip code.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable) 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We also will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days of the notice. Refunds will be applied minus shipping charges.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you believe you haven’t received your approved refund, please first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@vaprwear.com.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    All specially priced sales are final. Only regular priced items will be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We offer replacement for items that are defective, were received damaged or incorrectly sized. For exchanges, first email us at info@vaprwear.com to confirm, then send your item to: Vaprwear Exchanges, 373 Inverness Parkway, Suite 110, Englewood, Colorado 80112, USA.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    Shipper is responsible for shipping costs related to returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    When shipping an item with a value over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Warranty

    Vaprwear offers a 90-day replacement warranty against manufacturing defects on apparel and backpacks and a 180-day replacement warranty on our battery and Drawstring*. Both warranties are effective from the date of purchase. Vaprwear will repair or replace, at its discretion, any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate utilization which excludes normal wear. When submitting a claim, proof of purchase is required (order number, product name, and photo of faulty product).

    Vaprwear reserves the right to deny, any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of return or exchange.

    * The cartridge is provided “as is” and is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
