You will receive emails to confirm every step of your order process including when it is received, when it ships and when it is delivered.
Your "order has shipped" confirmation will include a tracking number from the appropriate shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please allow 24 hours after placing your order for this tracking information to become available).

Order Late/Not Received
Please note: as part of our Adult Use policy, we hold every order for 24 hours before shipping. This allows us to recognize unauthorized credit card use, and to avoid needless shipping and return costs for both parties. We hope you understand, and support our efforts to keep vaping away from underaged users.
Didn't receive an order

Paid for expedited shipping, didn't receive it
If you paid for expedited shipping and you didn't receive the order within the quoted window, you can ask us to refund the cost of the shipping. To open a ticket, complete the form at the bottom of the page.
Due to the great fluctuation of shipping costs, customs fees and other expenses, all international orders are final and we do not accept returns.
However, we do our best to accommodate such requests with customer satisfaction as our top priority. All international return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and solutions are subject to our discretion. To open a ticket, complete the form at the bottom of the page.
Need to cancel your order?
Fill out the form below within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to catch your order before it ships.
Vaprwear accepts returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase assuming the item is unused and in the same new condition as when it was received. The refund amount will include the original purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the sender.

Exchanges: Vaprwear will replace at no-charge any item that is defective, was received damaged or incorrectly sized. To initiate an exchange, complete the form at the bottom of this page.
Sale Items: all sale and specially priced sales are final.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return is received at our warehouse. Once it is inspected, you will receive a second email notifying you of the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days of the notice.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you believe you haven’t received your approved refund, contact your bank or credit card company to ensure the refund has been received. Note: it sometimes takes up to three days for the refund to be received and posted.
Vaprwear offers a 90-day replacement warranty against manufacturing defects on apparel, backpacks and accessories*. Warranties are effective from the date of purchase. Vaprwear will repair or replace, at its discretion, any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate utilization which excludes normal wear. When submitting a claim, proof of purchase is required (order number, product name, and photo of faulty product). To submit a warranty claim, complete the form at the bottom of the page.
Note: Vaprwear reserves the right to deny, any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of return or exchange.
* Cartridges are sold “as is” and are not covered under warranty.
